Booking Policy – Confidexa Solutions To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review our booking policy below: Appointments Walk-ins are welcome — no appointment necessary for most services. Mobile and on-site testing must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Appointment times are subject to confirmation and may vary depending on location and service type. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept Square, PayPal, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services. Some services may require a deposit to hold your time slot. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Consent & Confidentiality Some services require signed consent forms prior to testing. All information is handled with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality. Mobile Services For mobile testing, please ensure you are available at the confirmed time and location. Travel fees may apply for services outside our standard service area.
